Meet Kim Spanos

Hi, I’m Kim Spanos. I’m a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), RYT-500, and I’m passionate about helping you discover healing and wholeness through yoga. My journey began in 2017 when I joined a stressed friend for a yoga session—and felt the profound shift it created. That moment sparked a path of learning, growth, and service, culminating in over 1,500 hours of training, including graduation from Kripalu School of Integrated Yoga Therapy (800 hours, May 2024).
