About Me
Hi, I’m Kim Spanos.
I am a certified yoga therapist C-IAYT, an RYT-500 (registered yoga teacher) and a Life Coach. I offer personally tailored class sessions to provide Yoga for Healing and Wholeness.
My journey began in 2017 when I met a gal extremely stressed by life circumstances. I asked her what she did for relief, and she replied, ‘I go to Yoga.’ From there, I asked if I could join her, and I did. The experience was life-changing, and I started my learning journey then. Since then, I have completed over 1500 hours of training, with my most recent graduation from Kripalu School of Integrated Yoga Therapy (800 hours) in May 2024.
My goal for each client is to present a pathway for living life with self-love, compassion, and acceptance. I will demonstrate how Yoga/Therapy can lead you to your health and wellness goals from the 5 (Kosha’s) levels of the body: physical, breath/energy, mind and emotions, inner witness, and spiritual/bliss body.
Within this practice, an awakening takes place- Allowing light to shine on a new view of the self. I often describe Yoga as a ‘never-ending journey’….. we are our own “Guru” teacher. I am here to assist you in opening the doors for all levels of your greatest self, living authentically, purposefully, and aligned with one’s true nature.
